New Hire!
Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Camille Stevens as Bethlehem High School’s new Science teacher. Camille is from Bardstown KY and is a graduate of Bethlehem’s class of 2015. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Agricultural Economics and again in 2025 with a Master’s of Kinesiology and Health Promotion. She focused heavily on the movement of the human body and human nutrition during her Master’s studies. She will also be finishing up a certification in Culinary Medicine and Clinical Nutrition in December.
Camille has worked as an Extension Associate with the University of Kentucky where she worked with the Center for Crop Diversification and Southeast Dairy Business Innovation Initiative focusing on specialty crop production, business management, and dairy sciences. She would travel throughout the state giving educational presentations on varying topics to farmers, extension agents, and community partners. She has gained many connections throughout Kentucky and the surrounding states working with different stakeholders that were involved in many of the programs the University served.
While she was a student at Bethlehem, Camille was a member of the volleyball and tennis team, National Honor Society, French National Honor Society, student council, and interact club. Outside of work, Camille loves to run (you might see her on the roads of Bardstown getting miles under her feet), has discovered a new found passion for gardening, enjoys traveling anywhere and everywhere, and is an avid reader.
She is so excited to give back to the community that gave her so much growing up. Once a Banshee, always a Banshee!
