Congratulations to Sloane Smith and Jack Strohmayer for being named our Wings and Rings Student Athletes of the Month! Sloane has proven to be a well-rounded student while continuing to excel on the tennis court, losing only three matches this season and recently defeating the 2025 Girls District Champion as of 4/20. Jack has been recognized as a great teammate and an even better person—someone who never complains, always works hard, and consistently gives his best on and off the field. His dedication earned him a spot on the 5th Region All A Tournament Team. We are so proud of both of these outstanding student athletes and all they continue to accomplish! 💙💛

What did we do at school?

Students in Ms. Kiefer’s AP Lit class had a Derby themed Multiple Choice Practice day. Students opened the class period by standing and singing My Old Kentucky Home and after the call to the post, students raced to answer multiple choice questions from previous AP Lit exams. Those wearing Derby Hats where in charge of bringing their answers to the front of the room to be checked and moving their horses. If someone got an answer wrong, the had to wear the biggest derby hat and take a walk around the room before trying to answer again!
