Parent Survey: In our commitment to continuous school improvement, we will regularly administer perception surveys, certified through Cognia©, our accrediting organization and trusted partner in school improvement. The purpose of the survey is to solicit feedback from our stakeholders. This year, as a part of our celebration of Discover Catholic Schools Week, we are asking you to complete an Engagement survey. At the end of this paragraph, you will find a link to the questionnaire. Your feedback is a valued and crucial component of our continuous improvement planning, so we thank you in advance for taking the time to thoughtfully respond to the survey which will be open from Nov. 17-23.
Family Engagement Survey
Winter Formal - Saturday, December 14th from 7:00-11:00pm at St. Joe Parish Hall. Please use this form to indicate if you are attending Winter Formal on December 14th from 7:00 - 11:00 pm. The cost is $30 per person.
Every student is required to complete this form even if you are not attending. In addition, if you are bringing a student who does not attend Bethlehem, you will also need to fill out the guest contract form and return that back to Mrs. Edelen by Tuesday, December 10th!
Winter Formal Guest Contract FormDances provide our students with a special opportunity to join together to connect with one another. At Bethlehem High School, we have high expectations and seek to demonstrate our core values in terms of attire, attitude, and conduct. Because we realize the importance of these events, the attached policies and guidelines will be in place for all dances at Bethlehem High School. All students must read and understand this agreement. In addition, we also encourage families to discuss these rules together with their students and retain the first page of this document for future reference. If you are bringing a date that DOES NOT attend Bethlehem, the last page of this contract must be signed and returned to Mrs. Edelen by December 6th, 2024 at 3:00pm. The administration must approve all dates that do not attend Bethlehem High School.
Students and their dates must arrive by 8:00pm and they must stay until 10:30pm. This allows us to maintain our students' safety for the entire time of the dance. In addition to that, it shows appreciation to the sponsors who helped to lead the event.
